Saudi fans of Asha’s award-winning cuisine will now have the chance to explore centuries of tradition and India’s North-West frontier heritage in their own city, with a personalised collection of signature dishes featuring daal makhani, murgh malai kebabs and Keralan chilli garlic prawns.
Other menu highlights include a selection of six standout biryanis, a dish much loved by GCC nationals and residents from across the region. The collection includes a personal favourite of Asha Bhosle – the saffron infused boneless lamb Kesar Biryani, inspired by her friend, the late great stage and screen actor Prithviraj Kapoor.
A bespoke mocktail menu created by Asha’s talented international mixologist complements the experience, including the mango, cardamom and saffron inspired King Alphonso, a refreshing adaptation of India’s favourite beverage with the My Chai, and a jaggery, kokum, chai and hibiscus combination called The Gift.
