The welcoming interior reflects a rich jewel-inspired colour palette with subtle mood lighting, signature artwork and Indian motifs. Discover India’s North-West frontier heritage and Asha’s love of innovation with signature dishes such as daal makhani, murgh malai kebabs and Keralan chilli garlic prawns. A bespoke mocktail menu created by our international mixologist complements the experience with the King Alphonso, a mango, cardamom and saffron favourite; a refreshing adaptation of India’s favourite beverage with the My Chai; and a jaggery, kokum, chai and hibiscus combination called The Gift.
